土木工程专业大学生班导师工作的实践与探索

Practice and exploration of class tutor work for civil engineering majors

新时代,为了"立德树人"、全面提高本科生的教育质量,越来越多的高校相继建立了班导师制度。根据担任土木工程专业学生班导师10多年的工作实践体会探讨了班导师工作的方法与途径、要求与条件两方面的问题,尤其着重指出班导师要以身作则践行"社会主义核心价值观"。

In the new era,more and more colleges and universities have established the system of class tutors in order to “build morality and cultivate people” and improve the quality of undergraduate education in an all-round way.Based on the author’s more than 10 years’ practice experience of work as a class tutor of civil engineering professional students,this paper discusses two problems,such as class tutor’s work methods and ways,requirements and conditions,especially stresses that class tutors should practice “socialist core values” by example.
