蠲痹颗粒联合中药熏洗治疗膝骨关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Juan-bi Granule Combined with TCM Fumigation and Washing

目的观察蠲痹颗粒联合中药熏洗治疗寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将60例寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组30例采用院内蠲痹颗粒15 g口服1日2次+中药熏洗7次/周,1次/d,对照组30例采用硫酸氨基葡萄糖钾胶囊0.5 g口服,1日2次,中药熏洗7次/周,1次/d,疗程均为8周。观察2组患者的临床疗效、VAS评分及CRP、ESR等相关项目。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率83.3%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后均能降低患者关节疼痛VAS评分、ESR、CRP水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蠲痹颗粒联合中药熏洗能有效改善寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎患者关节疼痛症状,降低ESR、CRP水平,起效迅速,安全性好,未见明显的毒副反应。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect and the safety of Juan-bi granule combined with TCM fumigation and washing in the treatment of cold-dampness and stasis-type knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 60 patients with cold-dampness and stasis-type knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases per group. The treatment group was treated with 15 g of Juan-bi granule in the hospital twice a day for 2 times + 7 times a week for TCM fumigation and washing. once a day, and the control group was given potassium glucosamine sulfate capsules, 0.5 g orally, 2 times a day + 7 times a week for TCM fumigation and washing, once a day. 8 weeks was a course of treatment for the two group. The clinical effect, VAS score, CRP, ESR and other related items of the two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The joint pain VAS scores, ESR and CRP levels of the two groups were reduced after treatment. The difference were statistically significant ( P <0.05), but the treatment group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The Juan-bi granule combined with TCM fumigation and washing can effectively improve the joint pain symptoms, reduce the ESR and CRP levels, and the effect is rapid and safe, no obvious side effects.
