高校图书馆对于院系师生的服务一直是图书馆理论研究和实践工作的重点,近年来在教学科研服务的实践中也暴露了一些问题。在智库建设的新环境下,馆院协同教研发展有了新的方向和机遇,有望打破过去的局限和屏障,图书馆将同院系一起完善多元化资源体系,建设多学科教研队伍,组织长期专题研究,培养高素质人才和开展企业知识服务,实现馆院教研的协同发展。参考文献10。

The service of teachers and students in academic libraries has always been the focus of the theoretical research and practical work of libraries.In recent years,some problems have also been exposed in the practice of teaching and research services.In the new environment of think tank construction,the development of the teaching and research between department and library has new directions and opportunities,and it is expected to break the limitations and barriers of the past.The library and department will work together to improve the diversification of resource system,construct the multidisciplinary research team,organize the long-term research,train the high-quality talents and carry out the knowledge service to enterprises and realize the coordinated development of the teaching and research between department and library.
