腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者血脂变化对下肢深静脉血栓形成的预测作用

The predictive effect of blood lipid changes on deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:观察经腹腔镜行胆囊切除术的患者术后血脂中高密度脂蛋白及低密度脂蛋白的变化,并分析其变化对于下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法:收集医院诊疗中心2008年1月至2016年12月共16例在短期内进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术后发生下肢深静脉血栓形成的患者为观察组(标记为Ⅰ组)、同期腹腔镜胆囊切除术后未发生下肢深静脉血栓的患者80例为对照组(标记为Ⅱ组),观察两组高密度脂蛋白及低密度脂蛋白的变化情况,分析高密度脂蛋白及低密度脂蛋白对下肢深静脉血栓形成患者的作用。结果:高密度脂蛋白及低密度脂蛋白的比较,高密度脂蛋白Ⅰ组低于Ⅱ组,低密度脂蛋白Ⅰ组高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者的高密度脂蛋白降低,低密度脂蛋白升高,使形成下肢深静脉血栓的可能性增加。

Objective: To observe the changes of high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein in blood lipids after laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and to analyze the effects of changes on deep venous thrombosis . Methods: Collection of hospital clinics From January 2008 to December 2016, a total of 16 patients with deep venous thrombosis after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the short-term were observed in the observation group (labeled as groupⅠ) and concurrent laparoscopic cholecystectomy eighty patients with no deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity were included in the control group (labeled as groupⅡ). The changes of high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein were observed in the two groups. The role of patients with venous thrombosis for deep limbs of high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein was analyzed for deep limbs. Results: Compared with high-density lipoprotein I and low-density lipoprotein, high-density lipoprotein group I was lower than group Ⅱ, and low-density lipoprotein group I was higher than group Ⅱ( P <0.05). Conclusion: High-density lipoprotein decreased and low-density lipoprotein increased in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy, which increased the possibility of deep vein thrombosis.
