小剂量奥氮平联合培菲康治疗伴有焦虑抑郁状态的腹泻型IBS患者的疗效

Efficacy of small dose olanzapine combined with Bifico in the treatment of diarrhea type IBS patients with anxiety and depression

目的:针对伴有焦虑抑郁状态的腹泻型肠易激综合症(irritable bowel syndrome-diarrhea;IBS-D)患者联合使用小剂量奥氮平和培菲康进行治疗,研究其临床治疗效果。方法:随机选择2016年1月到2018年3月进行治疗的伴有焦虑抑郁状态的IBS-D患者68例,以患者就诊顺序的单双号为分配原则,将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,每组34例,其中对照组患者使用培菲康进行治疗,观察组患者联合使用小剂量奥氮平和培菲康进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为88.24%,对照组为67.65%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总复发率为10.00%,对照组为34.78%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对伴有焦虑抑郁状态的IBS-D患者联合使用小剂量奥氮平和培菲康进行治疗,临床效果显著,复发率低,值得推广应用。

Objective: To study the clinical effect of the combined use of small dose olanzapine and Bifico in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome-diarrhea (IBS-D) patients with anxiety and depression. Methods: 68 IBS-D patients with anxiety and depression in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the distribution principle of single and double numbers, with 34 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Bifico, and the patients in the observation group were treated with small dose olanzapine combined with Bifico. The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group (88.24 %) was significantly higher than that of the control group (67.65 %)( P <0.05), and the total recurrence rate (10.00 %) was significantly lower than that of the control group (34.78 %)( P <0.05). Conclusion: IBS-D patients with anxiety and depression were treated with small-dose olanzapine and Bifico. The clinical effect is remarkable and the recurrence rate is low. It is worth popularizing.
