摘要
对变频系统用电力电缆载流量的计算原理和主要影响因素进行讨论,给出了相应的计算公式。选择典型规格电缆进行载流量试验,得到了在不同频率下电缆载流能力的实际测试数据。与理论计算值对比显示,电力电缆载流量随频率的升高逐渐降低,与工频相比,频率为400Hz时,载流量下降约15%。此外还对提高变频情况下电缆的载流能力提出了建议。
This paper discusses the calculation principle and main influencing factors of the current rating of power cables used in frequency conversion system, and gives the corresponding calculation formula. The actual test data of the current carrying capacity of the cable at different frequencies is obtained by selecting the typical cable to carry out the loading test. Compared with the theoretical calculation, the power cable is gradually reduced with the increase of frequency. Compared with the current capacity of the power frequency, the 400 Hz frequency of the power cable is a. bout 13%. Suggestions for improving the current carrying capacity of cables under frequency conversion are also pres. ented.
