The discourse expression of “Community of Human Destiny”is a Chinese scheme to promote the change of international discourse power of global governance. The more inclusive international discourse of “Community of Human Destiny”is not only a response to and criticism of the theoretical predicament of realism,neo-liberal institutionalism and dependence theory,but also a response to and criticism of the imbalance of current international economic discourse power,the disorder of international political discourse power and the anomie of international cultural discourse power. The international discourse of “Community of Human Destiny” aims at advocating the construction of a world of common prosperity and the transformation of international economic order;advocating the construction of a world of lasting peace and the transformation of international political order;advocating the construction of an open and inclusive world and respecting the diversity of human civilization,so as to build a community discourse with the purpose of promoting the overall well-being of mankind.
