摘要
优化政治生态既是一种目标导向,也是一个政治过程。作为一个政治过程,政治生态的优化不可能始终直线运行,这就意味着要对它进行适时监测预警。在现代信息社会,大数据技术与政治生态监测预警之间具有高度耦合性,它能对一个地区政治生态的客观面貌进行适时呈现、全程监测和提前预警,进而以数据呈现的方式倒逼地方纪检监察部门作出回应。邳州市利用大数据监测政治生态的实践探索提供了典型的案例。大数据技术对县域政治生态监测预警发挥强大的赋能作用,蕴含在数据搜集、数据分析和数据共享的内在机理中。政治生态监测预警需要从定性走向定量,最终目标是促进政治生态优向转型,以及构建政治生态评估指标体系是重中之重,这是邳州实践的重要启示。
Promoting the optimization of political ecology is not only a goal orientation,but also a process. As a process,it can not always run in a straight line. This means that it should bei timely monitored and early warned. In the modern information society,there is a high coupling between big data technology and political ecological monitoring and early warning. It can present the objective situation of a region’s political ecology timely, monitor the whole process and early warning,and then force the local discipline inspection and supervision departments to respond in the way of data presentation. The practical exploration of Pizhou City has made a clear explanation. Big data technology plays a powerful role in monitoring and early warning of county political ecology,which is embodied in the internal mechanism of data collection,data analysis and data sharing. Political ecological monitoring and early warning needs to change from qualitative to quantitative. Its ultimate goal is to promote the transformation of political ecological superiority and construct the index system of political ecological assessment. It is the enlightenment brought by the practice of Pizhou.
