摘要 本文探讨了热电臂尺寸对于Hal-Hesuler合金单偶发电性能的影响。为此,建立了多种尺寸的单偶模型,通过稳态热分析,评估了模型的温度分布、端电压、内阻、输出功率、转换效率以及输出功率密度等。由于热电臂尺寸的改变,相关热电性能参数发生了显著变化。结果表明,当横截面积与高度之比等于2.0mm时,转换效率达到其峰值7.22%。 This study aims to investigate the possible effect of leg sizes on the power generation performance of Half- Heusler unicouple. For this purpose, unicouple with various leg sizes including length, width and height were modeled, and steady-state thermal-electric analysis were carried out using ANSYS finite-element software. The magnitude of temperature drop, terminal voltage, internal resistance, power output, heat input and conversion efficiency, as well as power output density were evaluated for each model. Significant differences in magnitudes of all thermoelectric performance parameters occurred due to the changing of the leg sizes. When the ratio of cross-sectional area to height is equal to 2.0, the conversion efficiency reaches its peak value 7.22 %.
