摘要
金属材料的广泛使用,虽然给人们的生活带来了极大的便利,但是其引发的环境问题却是不容小觑,基于环境保护的准则要求,为此提出金属材料热处理节能工艺优化研究。以金属材料热处理节能的工艺优化为参照,围绕优化热处理设备减少能源损失,根据减少热处理工艺过程中的能量损耗,依托回收热处理的反应预热装置,基于加快热处理工艺反应的时间控制,对金属材料热处理节能工艺优化进行合理规划。以期能够在一定程度上为金属材料热处理节能工艺的优化提供科学的理论论证。
The extensive use of metal materials has brought great convenience to people's lives, but the environmental problems caused by them can not be underestimated. Based on the requirements of environmental protection criteria, this paper puts forward the optimization study of energy-saving process of heat treatment of metal materials. With the process optimization of energy saving in heat treatment of metal materials as a reference, focusing on the optimization of heat treatment equipment to reduce energy loss, relying on the reaction preheating device of recovery heat treatment, and based on the time control of accelerating the reaction of heat treatment process, the process optimization of energy saving in heat treatment of metal materials is reasonably planned. In order to provide a scientific theoretical demonstration for the optimization of energy-saving process of heat treatment of metal materials to a certain extent.
