摘要
本文主要论述了一种新型400kA级一体化铝电解槽壳的技术思路、材料要求、制作工艺、安装方法以及验收标准。并在电解铝工程建设中通过采用了"工厂预制、工地组装"的建造模式和"机械化大流水"的进度安排,大幅度节约能源,提高生产效率。
This paper mainly discusses the technical ideas, material requirements, production process, installation method and acceptance standard of a new type of 400kA integrated aluminum electrolytic cell shell. In the construction of electrolytic aluminum project, the construction mode of "factory prefabrication and site assembly" and the schedule of "mechanization big water flow" were adopted to save energy and improve production efficiency.
