摘要 近些年,社会经济发展速度的加快也带动了制造业的迅猛发展,从制造业发展现状来看,一些新型的材料和技术也开始被广泛应用到该行业领域中,铝合金就是其中之一。在铝合金轮毂不断普及的今天,人们对该零部件制造技艺和质量的关注度也在不断提升。对此,本文以铝合金轮毂作为立足点,通过对制造业中对此类铝合金部件应用情况的分析,从而就加压铸造技术展开细致化的研究,以期可以为铝合金轮毂的制作质量提供一定的保障。 In recent years, the acceleration of social and economic development has also led to the rapid development of manufacturing industry. From the perspective of the development status of manufacturing industry, some new materials and technologies have begun to be widely used in this industry, and aluminum alloy is one of them. With the popularization of aluminium alloy hub, people pay more attention to the manufacturing technology and quality of the parts. In this regard, based on the aluminum alloy hub, through the analysis of the application of this kind of aluminum alloy components in the manufacturing industry, the pressure casting technology is studied in detail, in order to provide a certain guarantee for the manufacturing quality of aluminum alloy hub.
