摘要
在镧系金属中,钆元素的顺磁特性、铽元素的发光特性都能在蛋白质标记工作中得到利用,从而使蛋白质相互作用研究问题得到解决。基于这种认识,本文对利用镧系金属探针研究蛋白质相互作用的方法进行了探讨,为关注这一话题的人们提供参考。
In lanthanide metals, the paramagnetic properties of gadolinium and the luminescence properties of terbium can be utilized in protein labeling, thus solving the problem of protein interaction. Based on this understanding, the methods of studying protein interaction by lanthanide metal probes are discussed in this paper, which can provide reference for people who pay attention to this topic.
