压缩机U型叶轮三元叶片压型模的多用性开发

摘要 本文以某项目压缩机U型叶轮三元叶片压型模设计进行研究。根据三元叶片的结构形式和压型模的结构进行研究,阐明了一种多用模具的设计方法及如何利用老工装模具实现一模多用的简洁方法,改进以前叶片的定位结构,方便定位元件的制造,提高定位精度。解决了即能满足多种叶片分别定位的要求,还要保证型面的连续完整的关键问题,进而达到模具的多用性和提高叶片的成型质量。 In this paper, the design of three-dimensional blade die for U-type impeller of an item compressor is studied. Based on the study of the structural form of the three dimensional blade and the structure of the pressing die, this paper expounds a design method of the multipurpose die and how to make use of the old tooling mould to realize a simple method of multipurpose, so as to improve the positioning structure of the former blade. Facilitate the manufacture of positioning components and improve positioning accuracy. It solves the key problem that it can meet the requirements of locating various blades separately and ensure the continuity and integrity of the shape surface so as to achieve the multipurpose of the die and improve the forming quality of the blade.
