摘要 本文针对我公司主要产品大型锻件尺寸大、重量大、生产工序周期长的特点及现阶段采取措施提高炉窑均匀性的主要问题,以此为切入点,阐述了炉窑控制原理、冷却水循环系统运行原理,在有效利用以上理论的基础上,充分利用创新方法 TRIZ的各种工具,对炉窑故障通过金鱼法、最终理想解法、技术矛盾和发明原理进行分析。通过分析得到不同的解决方案,利用理想度对各种方案进行定量描述,将各方案根据理想度从高到低进行排布并进行定性筛选,选择最终实施方案解决问题,对最终对方案结果进行评价总结。 In view of the characteristics of large forgings of our company, such as large size, heavy weight and long production cycle, and the main problems of improving kiln uniformity at present, this paper expounds the control principle of kiln and the operation principle of cooling water circulation system, and fully utilizes the above theory. By using various tools of TRIZ, the failure of kiln is analyzed through goldfish method, ultimate ideal solution method, technical contradiction and inventive principle. Through the analysis, different solutions are obtained, and various schemes are quantitatively described by ideality. The schemes are arranged according to ideality from high to low and screened qualitatively. The final implementation schemes are selected to solve the problems, and the final evaluation and summary of the results of the schemes are made.
