摘要
众所周知,航空发动机自身机械结构较为复杂,在对其进行加工制造的过程中,需要做好精度控制工作,特别是在薄壁环形零部件方面,其在航空发动机当中的应用较为广泛,但由于壁体较薄所以刚性较差,在具体加工过程中容易受到各种因素的影响而出现加工变形问题,从而对零部件的质量造成了巨大的影响,导致其无法满足航空发动机的使用需求,同时还会加大零部件的生产投入,因此,本文针对航空发动机当中的薄壁环形零部件加工进行讨论,对导致该零部件出现加工变形问题的相关因素加以了解,并探讨变形控制的具体措施,希望能够进一步提升该零部件加工的质量。
As we all know, the mechanical structure of aero-engine is relatively complex. In the process of processing and manufacturing, it is necessary to do a good job in precision control. Especially in thin-walled annular parts, it is widely used in aero-engine, but because of its thin wall, its rigidity is poor, and it is easy to be affected by various factors in the specific processing process. Processing deformation has a great impact on the quality of parts and components, which makes them unable to meet the needs of aero-engine, and also increases the production input of parts. Therefore, this paper discusses the processing of thin-walled annular parts in aero-engine, and understands the relevant factors leading to the deformation of parts and components, and discusses the changes. The specific measures of shape control are expected to further improve the quality of the parts processing.
