摘要
在以新一代智能信息技术为标志的新技术革命时代,人才评价的数字化和智能化变革正在到来,具体表现在人才评价的范式转变和方法革新中,包括由去情境化向情境融合、线性假设范式向非线性假设范式、个体中心向团队导向、岗位中心向跨界域任务导向、有限数据信息向海量数据信息的转变,以及高潜能和全球性领导人才评价重要性突显。
In the era of new technology revolution symbolized by new-generation intelligent information technology, the trend towards digital and smart personnel evaluation is in the offing. It is manifested in the paradigm shift and method innovation of personnel evaluation, including from de-contextualization to context integration, linear hypothesis paradigm to nonlinear hypothesis paradigm, individual center to team orientation, post center to cross-border task orientation, limited data information to massive data information, as well as the importance of high-potential and global leadership talent evaluation.
