摘要
为贯彻落实创新驱动战略,提高与创新创业有关的人事政策的系统性和针对性,本文对有关政策进行了文本分析,调研了当前科研人员创新创业的现状以及存在的问题,针对有关政策制定和执行中的"难点""痛点",提出了若干政策建议。
In order to implement the innovation-driven strategy and make personnel policies related to innovation and entrepreneurship more systematic and targeted, this paper conducted a text analysis of relevant policies, studied the current status and existing problems in innovation and entrepreneurship of scientific researchers, and proposed a number of policy recommendations for the "difficulties" and "pain points" in the formulation and implementation of relevant policies.
