共享经济环境下中小人力资源服务企业人才开发机制研究

摘要 共享经济背景下,中小人力资源服务企业受制于有限的服务区域、产品、资源、盈利能力以及品牌影响力,在可持续发展过程中可能面临显著的人才压力。本文从理论和实践角度,探讨中小人力资源服务企业在共享经济环境中的人才开发机制,提出四类中小人力资源服务企业参与共享经济的模式以及相对应的人才开发机制。 In the sharing economy, small and medium-sized human resource service enterprises are subject to limited service areas, products, resources, profitability and brand influence, and may face significant talent pressure in the process of sustainable development. This paper discussed the talent development mechanism of small and medium-sized human resources service enterprises in the sharing economy environment from the perspective of theory and practice, and proposed four types of models of small and medium-sized human resources service enterprises participating in the sharing economy and the corresponding talent development mechanism.
