自媒体语境下涉警舆情应对话语技巧分析——以警务微博平台为例

Analysis of the Responding Skills for Police-Related Public Sentiments Under We-edia Context——Taking the Weibo Platform as an Example

在以微博、微信为代表性载体的自媒体语境下,警察话语技巧尤其是涉警舆情应对的话语技巧,面临由自媒体的新功能特性、新传播方式和新舆情特点带来的新挑战,自媒体语境下的涉警舆情应对,应当适应、契合新的语境,提升话语技巧。通过梳理分析典型案例发现,动作姿态语言、人民性语言以及兼顾平衡的话语方式等新的话语技巧的运用,有助于广大警务工作者做好自媒体语境下涉警舆情的应对处理工作。

In the context of We-Media, which is mainly represented by Weibo and Wechat in China, the police discourse skill especially the responding skill for police-related public sentiment is facing with some new challenges brought by the new traits, new mode of transmission as well as new police-related public sentiment feature of we media, because the responding skills for police-related public sentiments under We-Media Context needs to be improved. By analyzing several typical police-related cases, we found out some new skills such as gesture language, language that has affinity to the people, new mode of language-balancing that would be helpful we believe.
