一个单人防差错工作站电控系统设计

设计了一套适应多种同类产品的单人操作防差错工作站电控系统。该系统的功能是根据输入的产品型号,确定工件取放的顺序;可监测输入工件的数量;记录各个品种的使用数量和批次;记录工人组装顺序;通过监测取放工件的时间和工件盒重量的变化情况,判断可能的存在的误操作行为,通过语音播放提醒操作者注意;对出现错误取放工件的情况,进行语音和声光报警处理。本文就其设计思想、工作原理、控制方案、程序设计等要点进行阐述。

The electric control system of the single error-proofing workstation was designed for adapting to many varieties of the same kand of products.The system' s function include determining the pick-and-place sequence of parts through inputting the product type and include monitoring the quantity of parts and recording the used quantity of parts 、 recording the production orders 、 recording the assembly sequence of operator and include providing alarm for the error operation with voice and sound-light through monitoring the pick-and-place time of the part and the weight of the workpiece box. The design idea and the working principle and the control scheme and the programming was discussed.
