西江支流新兴江中微污染物PPCPs的分析水平调研 被引量:2

摘要 21世纪以来,药物及个人护理品(PPCPs)成为近年来水研究热度持续增加的一类污染物。为了研究PPCPs浓度在江河流域中的变化趋势并提出针对处理污染的数据参考,我们选择了新兴江进行此次浓度调查研究。新兴江是珠江水系西江段支流,主体流域位于云浮市新兴县。本次研究在新兴县内的采样点涵盖了新兴县新兴江流域各段及支流的数据,包括采样点附近的养殖场、农场等PPCPs含量相对较高的区域。本次研究中,采用了固相萃取的手段从采集水样中富集PPCPs,氮吹浓缩得到富集的甲醇-水溶液,再通过测量数据,得到各采样点的数据,经过整合分析得到PPCPs浓度随新兴江流域浓度的变化规律。而研究结果显示,PPCPs包含的物质如盘尼西林V、咖啡因等PPCPs中常见污染物随新兴江流域浓度变化的特征。
