新时期对文化系统职工继续教育的思考

The artists who engaged in cultural job are charged with the cultural development historical mission. They must keep on studying and perfect themselves. Public library plays the important role to improve the artists' professional quality. Library must keep the pace with times and improve its ability to better the content, the ways and the goal. As we know, public library is the class for everybody the whole life, it is also the sign of social progress.
