以专业要素为基础的专业诊断指标体系构建

摘要 2015年6月,教育部办公厅印发的《关于建立职业院校教学工作诊断与改进工作制度的通知》在高职院校中引起强烈的反响。麦可思对本科和高职的专业建设开展了调研,发布了《专业建设七大标准》。基于此,以专业要素为基础的专业诊断指标体系构建通过解析专业诊断的内涵、全面质量管理理论以及高职院校自身特点以期对高职院校专业进行诊断、实时改进的网络化、常态化过程。 In June 2015, the general off ice of the ministry of education issued the "notice on the establishment of teaching diagnosis and improvement work system in vocational colleges", which caused a strong response in higher vocational colleges. Mycos conducted an investigation on the professional construction of undergraduate and higher vocational colleges and published seven standards of professional construction. Based on this professional diagnosis index system based on professional factors, the network and normalized process of professional diagnosis and real time improvement in higher vocational colleges is constructed by analyzing the connotation of professional diagnosis and the comprehensive quality management theory as well as the characteristics of higher vocational colleges.
