不同枸杞属植物叶片横切面解剖结构特征分析

摘要 本文选择枸杞属12个种质材料,采用半薄切片技术进行叶片解剖结构特征的比较分析,对各种质的叶片厚度、叶肉厚度、上下表皮及其表皮细胞细胞壁厚度、栅栏组织厚度等10项指标进行了观测。结果表明:12个枸杞属种质叶片各项显微结构指标分别表现出显著差异现象。其中,宁夏枸杞种内的宁杞1号、圆果枸杞、宁杞2号、白花枸杞的叶片厚度、叶肉厚度最厚,栅栏组织厚度和叶片结构紧密度也最大;云南枸杞、蔓生枸杞、红枝枸杞上表皮最厚,厚度大于24μm,云南枸杞和红枝枸杞下表皮最厚,厚度大于20μm;上、下表皮细胞细胞壁最厚的为宁夏枸杞种的白条枸杞和圆果枸杞;而12个枸杞种质叶片结构疏松度与结构紧密度呈极显著负相关关系。结合各种质的具体抗病性,本试验结果可为选择枸杞抗病性的组织结构指标提供参考。 In this paper, the anatomical study on leaf structures of 12 germplasm materials of Lycium were carried out by semithin-section. 10 indexs, the thickness of leaf blade, leaf mesophyll, leaf epidermis, cell wall of the epidermal cells, the palisade and closeness of leaf tissue were observed and calculated. The results showed that the microstructural indexes of the leaves of 12 germplasms were significantly different. Among them, the thickness of leaf blade, leaf mesophyll, the palisade and closeness of leaf tissue of Ningqi No.1, Yuanguo, Ningqi No.2 and Baihua were bigger within species of L. barbarum Linn. The upper epidermis were the thickest in Lycium yunnanense Kuang, Mansheng and L. dasystemum Pojark var. ruoricaulium, the thickness is greater than 24μm. The thickest of the lower epidermis is also Lycium yunnanense Kuang and L. dasystemum Pojark var. ruoricaulium, the thickness is greater than 20μm. The cell wall of the upper and lower epidermis cells is the thickest in Baitiao and Yuanguo of L. barbarum Linn. There was a significant negative correlation between the porosity of leaf structure and the compactness of organization structure of 12 germplasms. Combined with the specific disease resistance of various germplasm, the results of this experiment can provide reference for the selection of tissue structure indicators for disease resistance.
