摘要
本文以多肉植物筒叶花月为材料,利用植物离体组织培养技术,对筒叶花月离体叶片进行了初代培养物的诱导。结果表明:叶片采用竖放方式,诱导培养基为:MS+KT 1 mg/L+6-BA 1.2 mg/L+NAA 2 mg/L,适合筒叶花月叶片初代培养物愈伤组织的诱导;叶片采用平放方式,诱导培养基为:MS+KT 1 mg/L+6-BA 1.2 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,适合筒叶花月初代培养物不定芽的诱导。
This paper took the Crassula oblique Gollum as the object and studied the induction of the initial culture of the in vitro leaves by the in vitro tissue culture technology. The results showed that the induction medium was MS+KT 1 mg/L+6-BA 1.2 mg/L+NAA 2 mg/L when the leaves were arranged vertically, which was suitable for the callus induction of the initial culture of the leaves of the Crassula oblique Gollum. When the leaves were arranged flat, the induction medium was MS+KT 1 mg/L+6-BA 1.2 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L, which was suitable for the adventitious bud induction.
