摘要
为探讨不同品种紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)在宁夏中部扬黄灌区的适应性和生产性能,本研究选用国内外常见的19个紫花苜蓿品种作为研究对象,以当地紫花苜蓿为对照,进行小区试验,研究其干草产量、出苗率、越冬率、分枝数、株高、生长速度、鲜干比和粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、木质素4个营养成分之间的差异,并进行灰色关联分析和聚类分析,选择出适宜当地种植的品种。结果表明:株高、生长速度和鲜干比与干草产量的关联性最大,灰色关联系数分别为0.856 4、0.856 2和0.810 8。BR4010、阿尔冈金和甘农4号与理想品种的关联度大于0.800 0,分别为0.846 1、0.838 2和0.807 7,年干草总产量分别为17.81 t/hm2、17.48 t/hm2和15.77 t/hm2。聚类分析将该19个品种分为三类,其中阿尔冈金、WL353LH和WL343HQ为一类,年干草总产量可达16.48 t/hm2以上。综合以上结果,BR4010、阿尔冈金、甘农4号、WL353LH和WL343HQ适合在当地推广种植,阿尔冈金为主推品种。
In order to explore the adaption and production performance of 19 alfalfa varieties in the Yellow River irrigation area in central Ningxia. The research chose emergence rate, overwintering rate, branch number, plant height, growth rate, fresh-dry ratio and hay yield as agronomic characters, chose crude protein, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber and lignin as nutrition characters, took the local alfalfa variety as control to made grey correlation analysis and cluster analysis. The grey correlation coefficient of height, growth rate and fresh-dry ratio with hay yield were 0.856 4, 0.856 2 and 0.810 8 respectively. Method of optimal correlation degree was used to evaluate the adaption and production performance. The results showed that BR4010, Algonguin and Gannong NO.4 were superior to the other varieties, and theu had the correlation degree of 0.846 1, 0.838 2 and 0.807 7 with the ideal variety;their hay yield were 17.81 t/hm^2, 17.48 t/hm^2 and 15.77 t/hm^2, respectively. The cluster analysis divided these 19 varieties to 3 groups, the Algonguin WL353LH and WL343HQ were one group, the average hay yield were higher than 16.48 t/hm2. In conclusion, BR4010, Algonguin, Gannong NO.4, WL353LH and WL343HQ are more suitable to be planted in this region than others, the Algonguin is the main promoting variety.
