摘要
本文简述了枸杞中二氧化硫残留现状、残留存在的形态、检测方法,旨在为维护宁夏枸杞品牌、保障枸杞质量安全、促进枸杞产业发展提供参考。
In this paper,the existing forms,detection methods and residue status of sulfur dioxide in wolfberry were summarized.All of these provide some guidance for maintaining the brand of wolfberry in Ningxia,ensuring the quality and safety of wolfberry,and promoting the development of wolfberry industry.
