智能化产羔房数据采集硬件设计与实现

摘要 传统粗放式养羊管理由于自然环境条件具有较强的依赖性,因此无法保证产羔存活率和满足种羊繁育的需求。依靠物联网技术自主研发智能化产羔房数据采集模块,可实现对产羔房内外部环境及有害气体的实时监测。该模块包括通用环境监测模块和数据集中器模块2部分,环境监测模块将各类传感器集成在1个模块上实现数据的监测,通过无线数据集中器收集数据。本文详细介绍了数据采集模块的功能设计和传感器选型,具体论述了通用环境监测模块和数据集中器模块的电路设计原理和PCB设计,旨在为现代化的种羊与繁育技术奠定基础。 The traditional extensive sheep management couldn't ensure the survival rate of lambs and meet the needs of sheep breeding, because it has strong dependence on natural environmental conditions. The self-developed data acquisition module of the intelligent lambing room relying on Internet of Things (loT) could realize the real-time monitoring of the lambing room's internal and external environment as well as the noxious gas. The module consists of the environment monitoring module and data concentrator module. The former is to integrate various sensors into one module to monitor the data. The latter is used to realize the data acquisition. The functional design and sensor selection of the data acquisition module were introduced in detail in this paper. The circuit design principles and PCB design of the universal environment monitoring module and data concentrator module were analyzed systematically. The data acquisition hardware of the intelligent lambing room could lay the foundation for modern sheep breeding technology.
