摘要
为了了解湖南省水上交通安全风险隐患点分布状况及风险等级,项目组奔赴水运管理局与气象局,开展座谈、填写调查表、实地考察及采访船主等多种方式的调研活动,采取Venn方法与ArgGIS技术方法研究。结果表明:湖南省水上交通安全风险隐患点共387个,其中高风险安全隐患点43个,其他为较高风险安全隐患点,并研制了湖南省水上交通安全风险隐患点空间分布图。该研究成果对湖南省水上航道气象监测站点的建设、全省水上交通安全管理对策的制定可提供参考依据。首次采取该研究方法,对全国水上交通安全隐患点风险等级研究的同行们具有较高的借鉴意义。
In order to understand the Hunan water traff ic safety hazard point distribution and the level of risk, survey group rushed to the Water Transportation Management Bureau and the Bureau of meteorology research activities, discussion, questionnaire, on-the-spot investigation and interview with the owner in a variety of ways, to study with ArgGIS Venn method. The results show that there are 387 risk points of water traff ic safety risks in Hunan Province, among which 43 are high risk and safety risks, others are high risk and safety hidden danger points, and the spatial distribution map of risk points for Hunan's water traff ic safety is developed. The research results can provide reference for the construction of Hunan water traff ic meteorological monitoring stations and the formulation of water traff ic safety management measures in the province. The research method is of great signif icance for the researchers of the risk grade research of the national water traff ic safety hidden danger point.
