血滞通胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症合并脂肪肝的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Xuezhitong Capsule and Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Hyperlipemia Complicated with Fatty Liver

目的研究血滞通胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高脂血症合并脂肪肝的疗效。方法将100例高脂血症合并脂肪肝的病人随机分成对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙片20mg,每日1次;观察组在对照组基础上加用血滞通胶囊,每次2粒,每日3次;两组均治疗8周。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组高脂血症总有效率为96%,高于对照组的86%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组脂肪肝总有效率为94%,高于对照组的80%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组无不良反应发生。结论血滞通胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片较单独使用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高脂血症合并脂肪肝的疗效更佳,且副作用少。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xuezhitong capsule(XZTC)and atorvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipemia complicated with fatty liver.Methods One hundred patients with hyperlipidemia complicated with fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n =50)treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,and observation group(n =50)treated with XZTC in the basis of atorvastatin calcium tablets for 8 weeks.The efficacy and safety were observed.Results The total effective rate of hyperlipidemia was 96%in observation group,which was higher than that in control group(86%,P <0.05).The total effective rate of fatty liver was higher in observation group than that in control group(94%vs.80%,P <0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the observation group.Conclusion XZTC and atorvastatin calcium tablets is more effective than atorvastatin calcium tablets alone in the treatment of hyperlipidemia with fatty liver,and has fewer side effects.
