健康信念模式在糖尿病合并冠心病患者介入治疗中的应用

Application of Health Belief Model in Interventional Therapy for Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探究采取健康信念模式对糖尿病合并冠心病患者介入治疗中的应用效果。方法 2016年3月—2017年3月间纳入糖尿病合并冠心病患者118例作为对象开展研究,分为研究组、对照组,分值规则为随机原则,组员均59例,以上两组均施以常规护理,前者加入健康信念模式护理,统计两组护理前后血液各项指标情况;记录两组护理前后健康行为情况。结果经护理,两组各项血液指标均得到改善,且研究组改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组健康行为均有明显提升,相比而言,研究组提升更多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用健康信念模式可在糖尿病合并冠心病患者的介入治疗中起到较好的辅助效果,帮助患者建立良好的健康行为,有助于患者病情康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of adopting health belief model on interventional therapy for patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods From March 2016 to Mach 2017 A total of 118 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease were enrolled in the study. They were divided into study group and control group by random division method with 59 patients in each group. The above two groups were given routine nursing. The former joined the health belief model. The blood indexes of the two groups before and after nursing were counted;the health behaviors of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded. Results After the nursing, the blood indexes of the two groups were improved, and the improvement effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,the different was statistically significant (P<0.05). The health behaviors of the two groups were significantly improved. In comparison, the research group improved more,the different was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The health belief model can play a good auxiliary effect in the interventional treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease, helping patients to establish good health behaviors and help patients recover.
