连续肾替代与血液透析治疗2型糖尿病并重症肾衰竭疗效及安全性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析连续肾替代与血液透析治疗2型糖尿病并重症肾衰竭疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析,择2017年1月—2018年6月,连续肾替代(n=34)对象纳入观察组,血液透析(n=37)对象纳入对照组。结果观察组血管活性药物、机械通气、ICU停留时间、24 h后APACHEⅡ评分、24 h后Sofa评分、住院时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组并发症发生率、28 d死亡率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均未见出血、透析综合征等并发症。结论连续肾替代与血液透析治疗2型糖尿病并重症肾衰竭在并发症控制上可能无显著差异,但是连续肾替代可以缩短疗程,两种方法的治疗相关并发症发生率均较低。
