探讨腰-硬联合麻醉在老年糖尿病患者下肢血管病变手术中的应用效果与安全性

Exploration on the Effect and Safety of Combined Lumbar-hard Anesthesia in the Treatment of Lower Extremity Vascular Disease in Elderly Patients with Diabetes

目的探讨腰-硬联合麻醉在老年糖尿病患者下肢血管病变手术中的麻醉效果与安全性。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月于该院接受下肢血管病变手术的80例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组40例在常规全麻下进行手术,观察组40例则采在腰-硬联合麻醉下进行手术,比较两组麻醉效果及安全性。结果观察组术后各时相疼痛程度评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且观察组术后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰-硬联合麻醉应用于老年糖尿病患者下肢血管病变手术中可在保证麻醉效果的同时,降低术后疼痛程度与不良反应发生率,提升糖尿病患者手术的安全性,具有应用及推广价值。

Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect and safety of combined lumbar-hard anesthesia in the treatment of lower extremity vascular disease in elderly patients with diabetes. Methods 80 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus who underwent surgery for lower extremity vascular disease from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. 40 patients in the control group underwent surgery under conventional general anesthesia, and 40 patients in the observation group underwent surgery under combined lumbarhard anesthesia. The anesthetic effects and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the different was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the different was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined use of lumbar-hard anesthesia in the treatment of lower extremity vascular disease in elderly patients with diabetes can improve the anesthesia effect, reduce the postoperative pain degree and the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the safety of surgery in diabetic patients, with application and promotion value.
