摘要
本文就奥马哈系统在我国全髋关节置换术患者围术期延续护理及出院随访中的应用情况进行分析,将奥马哈系统与移动医疗相结合,设计出适合全髋关节置换患者的移动管理平台应用程序(APP),并加强对护士的专业培训,在多学科团队的合作下,将构建的模式广泛应用和推广于临床,以期能更好地管理和改善全髋关节置换术患者的护理结局,提高患者的生存质量。
This article analyzes the application of Omaha system in perioperative continuation nursing and discharge follow-up of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty in China, and combine the Omaha system with mobile medical to design a mobile management platform APP suitable for patients with total hip arthroplasty, and strengthen professional training for nurses, with the cooperation of multi-disciplinary teams, will be widely applied and promoted in clinical, in order to better manage and improve the nursing outcomes of patients with total hip arthroplasty and enhance the quality of life of patients.
