摘要
目的:探讨弥散张量成像(DTI)在脑部恶性胶质瘤中的诊断应用价值。方法:对20例疑为脑部恶性胶质瘤患者进行常规头颅平扫、增强及弥散张量成像(DTI)检查,利用张量成像(DTI)数据进行后处理重建,分析脑部恶性胶质瘤的平均ADC值和FA值的差异。结果:20例疑为脑部恶性胶质瘤患者的弥散张量成像(DTI)的白质纤维束发生破坏、断裂,ADC值和FA值均呈低信号改变,且与肿瘤的恶性程度成正比。结论:磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)对脑部恶性胶质瘤的诊断有重要价值。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) in brain malignant glioma.Methods:Twenty patients with suspected brain malignant glioma were routinely scanned for head, enhanced and diffuse tensor imaging (DTI), and post-processing reconstruction was performed using tensor imaging (DTI) data to analyze brain malignant glioma. The difference between the average ADC value and the FA value.Results:The diffuse tensor imaging (DTI) of 20 patients with suspected brain malignant gliomas suffered from destruction and rupture of white matter fiber bundles. ADC and FA values showed low signal changes and were proportional to the malignancy of the tumor.Conclusion:Magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) is of great value in the diagnosis of malignant gliomas in the brain.
