65例脑梗死患者MRI与CT检查的影像学表现及联合诊断价值探讨

Exploration of Imaging Features and Combined Diagnostic Value of MRI and CT in 65 Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨脑梗死患者磁共振成像(MRI)与电子计算机断层扫描(CT)检查的影像学表现及联合诊断价值。方法:选取2016年9月～2017年9月我院65例经病理结果证实的脑梗死患者,均接受CT、MRI检查。统计CT、MRI影像学表现,并对比两者联合诊断准确度。结果:两者联合诊断准确度(98. 46%)高于CT(80. 00%)、MRI(83. 07%)单项诊断,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:CT联合MRI可提高脑梗死患者诊断准确度,为病情监测及后续治疗方案确定提供指导依据。

Objective:To investigate the imaging features and combined diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT) in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:65 cases of cerebral infarction confirmed by pathology in our hospital from September 2016 to September r 2017 were examined by CT and MRI. The imaging features of MRI and CT were statistically recorded. And the accuracy of the combined diagnosis was compared.Results:The accuracy of combined diagnosis (98.46%) was higher than that of CT (80%) and MRI (83.07%) separately, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT combined with MRI can improve the diagnostic accuracy of cerebral infarction patients, and provide guidance for disease monitoring and follow-up treatment.
