The Effect of CT and MRI in The Diagnosis of Craniocerebral Arteriovenous Malformation

目的:探讨CT和MRI联合诊断颅脑动静脉畸形的效果。方法:选择2016年4月到2018年4月我院收治的40例颅脑动静脉畸形患者,对其进行CT与MRI联合诊断,观察患者的诊断结果。结果:40例患者中,3例患者为I级,8例患者为II级,26例患者为III级,3例患者为IV级;并且病变位置位于幕上的例数较多,患者的瘤巢大小为1. 2-9. 2cm。结论:CT和MRI联合诊断颅脑动静脉畸形具有显著效果,能够有效的明确患者的病灶情况,并且具有较高的诊断率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of craniocerebral arteriovenous malformation.Methods:: 40 patients with cranial arteriovenous malformations admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled in the diagnosis of CT and MRI. The diagnosis was observed.Results:Of the 40 patients, 3 were grade I, 8 were grade II, 26 were grade III, and 3 were grade IV;and the number of lesions was on the screen, and the tumor was The nest size is 1.2-9.2 cm.Conclusion:CT and MRI combined diagnosis of craniocerebral arteriovenous malformation has significant effect, can effectively identify the patient's lesions, and has a high diagnostic rate.
