CT、MR对腰椎间盘突出症诊断的临床对比分析

Clinical Comparison of CT and MR in Diagnosis of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探究CT、MR对腰椎间盘突出症诊断的临床对比分析。方法:将选取我院自2016年3月-2017年7月期间收治的腰间突出症的患者80例,随机分为两组,即对照组与研究组。对照组给予CT的检查诊断方式,研究组给予MR的检查诊断方式。通过对比两组检查方式后患者手术后的病理结果,进而辨别两种检查方式的临床诊断性。结果:研究组的诊断方式结果的准确性明显优于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组的诊断方法图像呈现的质量明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:在对腰椎间盘突出症的患者进行临床的诊断的过程中,对患者采取应用MR进行临床的诊断时的临床诊断的准确率明显高于患者使用CT进行诊断的准确率。值得在临床中大力推广使用对患者使用。

Objective:to explore the clinical comparative analysis of CT and MR in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:80 patients with lumbar protrusion treated in our hospital from March 2016 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group and the research group. The control group was given CT and the research group was given MR. By comparing the pathological results of the two groups of patients after surgery, the clinical diagnosis of the two types of examination was identified.Results:the accuracy of the diagnosis method of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The quality of the diagnostic images of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:in the process of clinical diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation, the accuracy rate of clinical diagnosis using MR was significantly higher than that using CT. It is worthy to be widely used in clinic for patients.
