系统化护理应用于无痛胃镜检查中的效果分析

Effect of Systematic Nursing on Painless Gastroscopy

目的:探讨系统化护理应用于无痛胃镜检查的效果。方法:选取2016年1月～2017年12月于我院进行无痛胃镜检查的68例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各34例,对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取系统化护理措施。比较两组患者胃镜成功率、检查时间、患者焦虑评分及护理满意度。结果:研究组患者胃镜检查成功率(91. 18%,31/34)显著高于对照组(64. 71%,22/34),具有统计学差异(P <0. 05);研究组患者检查时间(32. 51±5. 65)显著短于对照组(45. 65±6. 27),患者焦虑评分(30. 25±3. 48)显著低于对照组(55. 62±5. 19);研究组护理满意度(97. 06%)显著高于对照组(73. 53%),均具有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。结论:在无痛胃镜检查过程中实施系统化护理干预措施可以有效减轻患者焦虑情绪,提高检查成功率,缩短检查时间,减轻患者痛苦,同时有利于提高患者对护理的满意度。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of systemic nursing on painless gastroscopy.Methods:A total of 68 patients undergoing painless gastroscopy in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as study subjects. Randomized digital table was used to divide the study group into the study group and the control group of 34 patients each. The control group received routine care when the study group took systematic nursing measures. The gastroscopy success rate, examination time, patient anxiety score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of gastroscopy in the study group (91.18%, 31/34) was significantly higher than that in the control group (64.71%, 22/34) with statistical difference (P<0.05);the study time in the study group (32.51±5.65) significantly shorter than the control group (45.65±6.27), the patient's anxiety score (30.25±3.48) was significantly lower than the control group (55.62±5.19);the study group's care satisfaction (97.06%) was significantly higher than the control group (73.53%) with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematized nursing interventions during the painless gastroscopy can effectively reduce anxiety, improve the success rate of the examination, shorten the examination time, and relieve the patient's pain. It is also helpful to improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing.
