摘要
矿井通风系统合理建设是井下安全高效生产的保证。以广西某矿山为工程背景,采用Ventsim三维软件对矿井通风系统进行模拟,并对矿井的整体需风量进行了计算,在工程中测量了通风风量。研究表明,Ventsim软件可以建立合理的矿井通风系统模型。仿真模拟矿井的进风量、回风量与实测矿井风量相符合,同时模拟结果还表明矿井风阻较大,系统漏风、循环风严重,该研究对矿井通风系统的优化改造具有指导意义。
Proper mine ventilation system construction ensures safe and efficient underground operation.The study takes a mine in Guangxi as the research subject,simulates the mine ventilation system with Ventsim 3D software,calculates the overall air volume needed in the mine and measures the air volume in field.The study shows that Ventsim software can establish a reasonable mine ventilation system model.The inlet and outlet of air volume in the simulation are consistent with the in-field measured volume.At the same time the simulation results also show that the air resis-tance is big,and the problem of air leakage and recycling in the system is severe.The study has guiding significance to the renovation of mine ventilation system.
