机场安检安全管理提升策略

安全是民航永恒的主题,安检是飞行安全的第一道防线。本文对500名安检员分别从安全管理、安全培训、安检队伍和安全管理信息系统等4个方面进行问卷调查,发现机场安检缺少相应的法律法规,单一性结果性考核指标、人为因素和事后管理模式都可能导致事故的发生。建议健全民航安检法律法规、增强机场安检运行机制、形成安全监管体系、提升安检员教育培训实效、强化安检真情个性化服务。

Security is an eternal theme of civil aviation. Security is the f irst line of defense. A questionnaire survey of 500 security inspectors found that the lack of response laws and regulations in airport security, while human factors and post-management patterns led to accidents. It is recommended to improve the laws and regulations on civil aviation security, enhance the mechanism of airport security screening, form a safety supervision system, improve the training of security inspectors education, and strengthen the personalized service of security screening.
