摘要
区块链成为当下热点技术,本文从其定义出发,简要分析了目的国为美国的相关专利申请情况,从中筛选出较为典型的专利申请,梳理了美国专利与商标USPTO针对该典型申请的审查过程,归纳总结了USPTO的审查思路,希望为涉及区块链技术的专利申请文件的撰写、意见答复以及国家知识产权局审查提供借鉴。
The blockchain has become a hot technology. Based on its definition, this paper briefly analyzes the relevant patent applications of the destination country in the United States, selects a typical patent application, and sorts out the USPTO examination process for this typical application, and summarizes the USPTO examination thoughts. We hope to provide reference for the writing of patent application documents, comments involving blockchain technology and our examination.
