摘要
2018年3月7日,欧洲专利局(EPO)发布了《2017年度报告》^([1]),对2017年EPO专利申请情况以及专利授权情况进行了统计和分析。2017年全球向EPO申请专利总量稳步增长,来自中国的专利申请量达到8330件,是向EPO申请专利数量前十名的国家中增长速度最快的国家,但与美国、德国、日本相比还存在一定差距。医疗领域依然是EPO专利申请数量最多的领域,占申请总量的7.9%。从授权情况来看,中国申请人获得EPO专利授权的数量为3180件,在EPO授权总量中占3.0%。
The European Patent Office (EPO) published the Annual Report 2017 on March 7, 2018, which made a detailed statistical analysis about the patent application and patent authorization of EPO. EPO applications grew steadily in 2017. The number of China's patent applications in the EPO is come to 8330. It is the top in the applications growth rate of the largest applications 10 countries. However, the number of China's patent applications in EPO is still lower than the United States, Germany and Japan. The top technology field of patent applications is still medical technology, 7.9 percent of the total. In patent authorization, China received 3180 EPO patent license in 2017, which have 3.0 percent of the total.
