液压回路领域权利要求涉及液压元件及其连接关系,往往冗长难懂,由于液压回路的分类号分布较广且液压元件具有较强的通用性,使得检索要素的提取及关键词的确定不易进行。本文结合实际案例总结出液压回路领域的检索特点,从功能确定、模块划分、非专利数据库快速检索等方面,探讨如何提高超长权利要求的检索效率。

The patent claims in the fi eld of hydraulic circuit relate to hydraulic components and their connection relationships, which are often tedious and diffi cult to understand. Due to the wide distribution of hydraulic circuit classifi cation numbers and the versatility of hydraulic components, the extraction of search elements and the determination of keywords are diffi cult to perform. This article summarizes the search features of the hydraulic circuit fi eld based on actual cases, and discusses how to improve the search effi ciency of super long claims from the aspects of module division, typical hydraulic components, function determination, application fi elds, and quick search of non-patent databases.
