摘要
针对一种采用水冷结合相变材料(PCM)的新型动力电池热管理系统,在PCM已经从电池吸热的基础上,以计算流体动力学(CFD)为基础,重点研究了不同影响因素下水冷对PCM异地散热的性能,主要包括水管直径、PCM尺寸、水流速及PCM热导率。结果表明,水管直径、水流速和PCM尺寸对PCM最终表面温度和温度分布均有较大影响。热导率在低于7 W/(m·K)时,随着热导率的增加,PCM表面温度快速降低。此外,通过设计一种正交试验,得出四种因素的影响力,从大到小依次为PCM尺寸、PCM热导率、水管直径和水流速。
Aiming at a new type of power battery thermal management system with water cooling and Phase Change Materials(PCM),in the basis of Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)and the absorption of batteries for PCM,the thermal performance of PCM under different cooling conditions is mainly studied. It mainly includes pipe diameter,PCM size,water flow rate and PCM thermal conductivity. The results show that the diameter of water pipe,the speed of water flow and the size of PCM have great influence on the distribution of the final surface temperature and temperature of PCM. With the increase of thermal conductivity the surface temperature of PCM decreases when the thermal conductivity is lower than 7 W/(m·K). In addition,the orthogonal test was designed,the influence of the four factors large to small includes the size of PCM,the thermal conductivity of PCM,the diameter of water pipe and the speed of water flow.
