摘要 变电运维一体化是将传统变电运维与变电检修的专业素质、工作协调、安全控制、生产质量及人力资源效能等方面进行优化整合,达到释放资源的功能和提高运营效率的目的。主变硅胶更换业务是推进运维一体化的重要项目。运维人员接手此项工作后,在更换主变硅胶过程中发现,主变呼吸器由于类型繁多,导致更换工艺复杂,拆装呼吸器耗时长,造成潮气直入呼吸器时间长,影响了硅胶使用周期和变压器绝缘油的绝缘强度。改进呼吸器的结构和原有拆装方法,缩短硅胶更换用时,是急需解决的问题。因此,深入分析变电站主变呼吸器现状,研制了一种安全高效、安装快捷的新型主变呼吸器。 The integration of substation operation and maintenance is to optimize and integrate the professional quality, work coordination,safety control,production quality and human resources efficiency of the traditional substation operation and maintenance,in order to enhance the efficiency of the operation. Main transformer silicone replacement business is an important project of integration of operations. Operations staff take over the job. In the process of the main transformer silicone,main transformer respirator type is various,lead to replacement technology is complex,disassembling respirator time-consuming, causing moisture directly into a long time,affect the silica gel to use cycle and the transformer insulating oil dielectric strength.How to improve the structure of breathing apparatus,the original disassembly method and shorten the time of replacing silica gel are urgent problems to be solved. Based on an in-depth analysis of the status quo of the main variable breathing apparatus in substation,a new type of main variable breathing apparatus with safety and efficiency and fast installation is proposed.
