摘要
为了提升电源的数控性能,对buck型数控电源设计进行研究与分析,利用MSP430单片机设计了一种buck型数控电源。从组成架构与工作原理两个方面对这种电源进行介绍,从控制器选择、显示屏设计、PWM波驱动电路设计以及其他系统设计四个方面阐述了具体的设计策略。
In order to improve the numerical control performance of the power supply,the design of buck type numerical control power supply is studied and analyzed,and a kind of buck type CNC power supply is designed by using the MSP430 single chip microcomputer.This paper introduces the power supply from two aspects of the structure and working principle,and expounds the specific design strategy from four aspects:the selection of the controller,the design of the display screen,the design of the PWM wave drive circuit and the other system design.
