电力系统在社会发展和国家经济建设过程中具有重要地位。电力事业的发展程度可以在一定程度上反映一个国家的电气化和现代化水平。随着科学技术的不断发展和市场经济改革的不断深化,社会对电力的需求越来越大,促进了电力设计技术的发展。随着我国城镇化进程的不断推进,再加上经济全球化的影响,电力设计管理机遇和挑战并存,要求电力设计管理必须走创新发展之路。因此,分析了当前电力设计管理中存在的问题,并针对这些问题在管理创新的基础上提出了应对策略。

The power system plays a vital role in the process of social development and national economic construction. The degree of development of the electric power industry represents the level of electrification and modernization of a country. With the development of science technology and the deepening of market economy reform,the demand for electricity in the society is growing,promoteing the development of the power design technology. With the advancement of China's urbanization process and the development of economic globalization,power design management is also an opportunity and a challenge, which requires power design management to take the road of innovation and development.This paper analyzes the various problems existing in current power design management,and then proposes countermeasures based on management innovation based on these problems.
