摘要
本研究主要是为了集成各系统和设备到统一管理平台上,实现监控和管控的统一,提高医院综合管理水平,降低日常运维成本,实现医院的绿色运营。本研究运用BIM技术,建立设计、建造阶段的BIM模型,在运维阶段利用前期建立的数据,并融合医院的其他信息系统,开发基于BIM的医院运维管理软件。开发了针对能源、报警、消防、维修、保养等多个管理项目的运维管控平台,为实现医院绿色、经济、高效运转起到关键作用。
To integ rate var ious systems and equipment into a unif ied management plat form,to achieve the unif ication of monitoring and control,to improve the level of comprehensive management of hospitals,to reduce daily operation and maintenance costs,and to realize the green operation of hospitals.BIM technology was used to establish the BIM model in the design and construction stages.The data set up in the operation and maintenance stage were used,and other hospital information systems were integrated to develop the hospital operation and maintenance management software based on BIM.The operation management and control platform for energy,alarm,fire control,maintenance and other management projects was developed,which played a key role in realizing the green,economic and eff icient operation of the hospital.
